[recipe] Almond and Honey Cookies

Resep ini dibuat untuk ±20 potong.
Bisa dibuat / dipersiapkan seminggu sebelumnya.
Simpan dalam wadah tertutup dan letakkan di kulkas :)

You'll need: loyang 20 cm x 30 cm. Olesi dengan mentega.

Bahan:
150 g tepung terigu (ayak)
1/2 sdt pala bubuk
60 g kacang almond bubuk
110 g gula pasir cokelat
90 g mentega, lelehkan
210 g rajangan tipis kacang almond

topping :
3 butir telur, kocok lepas
55 g gula pasir cokelat
90 g madu
100 g cokelat masak jenis milk/susu, lelehkan


How to Make:
Panaskan oven pada suhu 180°C.

Campur tepung terigu, pala, kacang almond, mentega dan gula dalam mangkuk. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang, tata dan tekan-tekan agar padat.
Panggang dalam oven selama 12 menit atau sampai kecokelatan. Dinginkan.

Turunkan suhu oven menjadi 160°C. Tuang topping ke atas campuran tepung, dan taburi dengan rajangan kacang almond.
Panggang dalam oven selama 40 menit atau sampai topping matang. Biarkan mendingin di dalam loyang, kemudian simpan di kulkas selama beberapa jam sebelum dipotong.

Topping:
Campur telur, gula dan madu dalam mangkuk ukuran sedang. Masukkan cokelat cair dan aduk rata.
