AKB48 5th Senbatsu General Election
written on June 8, 2013 ✈

Today (6/8/2013) I planned of staying home and watch AKB48 5th Senbatsu General Election via streaming but there were much more important meetings that I should attend.
So upon reaching home and my laptop, my social networks are full of the election's update
Here is the TOP 5 result:

Last May I checked the voting result for the preliminary election, Sasshi was on the 1st place. And, well.. I kinda hoped the number would change and Yuko will be at the top again but now that it's done, Sasshi really got the center position
I'm not a Sasshi-hater but I don't really like her either. Though I don't know why some people said Sasshi and I have a similar face she's kinda ppl whose words and mannerism are quiet the controversial.

Mariko-sama ranked 5th and on her speech, she declare her graduation next month.
I'm not really surprised about it. The same goes for Tomochin on last February. It's just kinda sad that the older generation are graduating one by one.
I'm kinda expecting that Yuko will be the next to graduate soon. No offense but I think Yuko fans will understand this

So well, here's the complete result of the election!

Anyway, If anyone knows their newest single (31st Single of AKB48) titled "Sayonara Crawl" were making a new history of best-selling. They sold 1,872,000 so far. And now is the best selling of all AKB48's previous singles, from from a girl group in Japan and of all time! おめでとうございます!
Oh my God they beat SPEED's White Loverecord on 1997!! It's my most favorite song from SPEED!
